Smart teens want to be challenged by real stakes — not another worksheet. Parents want proof their kid can hold their own against the country's best. CyberPatriot delivers both.
Think you've got what it takes to defend a network? CyberPatriot is a national cybersecurity competition — and MARS is forming local squads. Teams of four compete together at the middle and high school level, guided by cybersecurity college students and industry professionals. You'll build real skills and put them to the test in live competition rounds. Tell your friends — the more students who join, the stronger Huntsville's presence in the competition.
The pain we fix
Students hit a wall in algebra because the foundations never stuck. Teachers and co-op parents don't have time to drill it for them. ChartKeepers solves both — together, weekly, with classical memory work that finally locks in.
Classical memory work for math — the kind that actually sticks. Students work through 12 carefully sequenced charts (A–L), internalizing the foundational structures of algebra through repetition, pattern, and mastery. Open to any student in pre-algebra or higher.
MARS believes every microschool deserves access to rigorous classical math, so we offer this at a flat rate regardless of how many students you bring. Bring your cohort. Level up together.
The pain we fix
Music has been quietly cut from most school days, and parents are tired of hiring a teacher just to watch their teen quit after three lessons. Ukulele Guild gives students a cohort, a craft, and a stage to grow into.
We are finalizing a contract with a Los Angeles-based professional musician and educator whose compositions have been featured in major films and whose work has appeared on Dexter, Smash, MTV, NBC, and Showtime. He has taught at UCLA, USC, and the National Guitar Workshop and collaborated with internationally recognized artists. More details coming soon.
Students progress through four guild ranks, learning chords, strumming patterns, music theory, ear training, and original songwriting. AI coaching tools support practice between sessions. By the end, students don't just play ukulele — they perform.
If enrollment exceeds 24 students, weekly instructor office hours will be added so every student has direct access to ask questions and get feedback.

Traditional high school treats motivated teens like they're average. Homeschool gives freedom but rarely a real cohort or a college on-ramp. MARS gives your teen both — classical rigor, AI fluency, dual enrollment, and a community of peers who show up.
MARS is a University Microschool — a cutting-edge learning model that pairs the rigor of classical education with the tools of artificial intelligence. MARS students attend campus on Thursdays at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, and are encouraged to pursue Dual Enrollment at Calhoun Community College on Mondays and Wednesdays — bringing their active learning days to three per week while preserving two days for independent study at home.
This is the University Microschool Model: college-level exposure, classical foundations, AI-powered tools, and the independence to own your education. We are accepting motivated high schoolers now.
MARS tuition is $7,000 — fully coverable by your CHOOSE Act award. Application and enrollment fees are the responsibility of the family.
